1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using GreenTrip, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

GreenTrip is intended for people who have the age, licenses, permits, insurance, and other qualifications required to drive, transport passengers, or perform deliveries under the laws and rules applicable in their jurisdiction.

The current version of GreenTrip does not provide its own user accounts or login system.

2. Nature and scope of the service

GreenTrip is an independent reference and calculation tool. It may process visible offers to estimate hourly value, value per kilometer or mile, time, distance, pickup, costs, and other indicators according to available information and user settings.

The green, yellow, or red signal only compares the offer with criteria set by the user. It is not financial, employment, tax, legal, safety, or investment advice.

GreenTrip does not:

• automatically accept, reject, cancel, or modify offers;
• control third-party apps or access their accounts;
• guarantee income, profit, ride volume, offer availability, or results;
• independently verify routes, traffic, safety, passengers, merchants, or areas;
• replace the user's own review or compliance with each platform's rules.

3. Offer reader and permissions

The reader requires Android permissions, including screen capture, display over other apps, foreground service, notifications, and internet access for certain functions. Users choose when to start or stop the reader and may revoke permissions through Android.

Reading depends on image quality, language, currency, orientation, device model, Android version, performance, connection, and the layout displayed by a platform. Errors, delays, and incomplete information may occur.

GreenTrip processes visible content locally to interpret offers and does not retain screenshots for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Platform and country compatibility

Depending on country, language, and available layout, GreenTrip may recognize visible offers from Uber, Uber Eats, DiDi, Cabify, Lyft, 99, and inDrive, among others that may be added in the future.

Compatibility does not constitute an official integration and may vary, be interrupted, or stop working when a platform changes its interface, rules, format, permissions, or technology.

GreenTrip is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by those companies. Trademarks are mentioned only to identify layouts that may be compatible.

5. History, calculator, and quote tool

History allows users to locally save offers, rides, deliveries, and quotes that they choose to record. Users are responsible for reviewing, correcting, or deleting that information. GreenTrip does not guarantee that history is complete, accurate, or suitable for accounting, tax, employment, or evidentiary purposes.

The calculator provides estimates for fuel, costs, goals, and reference values. Results depend on user input and do not replace financial, tax, accounting, mechanical, or professional advice.

The quote tool provides a reference fare for private services. It is not a taximeter, does not automatically update the price during a service, and does not guarantee that a client, authority, or third party will accept the calculated fare.

6. Free mode, ads, and GreenTrip Pro

GreenTrip may provide a free ad-supported version, including rewarded ads users choose to watch in exchange for temporary access to certain features.

GreenTrip may also offer Pro plans through Google Play. Features, limits, periods, trials, prices, currency, taxes, renewal, and availability may vary by country, device, version, and plan.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, payment method, billing, and refund requests are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

GreenTrip may change, add, or remove plans and benefits for future purchases. Changes will not reduce rights already acquired during a paid period unless required by law, security, fraud prevention, technical impossibility, or third-party changes.

7. License

While you comply with these Terms, GreenTrip grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the application on compatible devices for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app without written permission;
• decompile, modify, bypass protection, extract code, or reverse engineer except where expressly permitted by law;
• use GreenTrip for fraud, manipulation, surveillance, harassment, privacy violations, or illegal activities;
• interfere with operation, ads, purchases, measurement, security, or third-party services;
• present GreenTrip as affiliated with or authorized by a ride-hailing or delivery platform.

8. Safe and responsible use

Users must configure GreenTrip before driving, comply with traffic and phone-use laws, platform rules, and safety requirements. Do not look at, touch, or adjust the app when doing so would be unsafe or illegal.

Users are responsible for evaluating route, weather, traffic, passengers, merchants, areas, fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and any other factor affecting a service.

GreenTrip must not be used for illegal discrimination, avoiding service obligations, putting people at risk, or violating a platform's terms.

9. Support reports and submitted content

Users may voluntarily submit descriptions, technical data, or screenshots for support. They represent that they have the right to share the material and will remove or obscure unnecessary third-party information when possible.

GreenTrip may use submitted material only to respond, diagnose, fix compatibility, improve the app, prevent abuse, and keep a reasonable support record under the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

GreenTrip, its name, logo, design, code, text, graphics, and proprietary elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply affiliation or authorization.

11. Availability, warranties, and limitation of liability

GreenTrip is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Continuous operation, absence of errors, permanent compatibility, perfect accuracy, ad availability, preservation of local data, or fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.

GreenTrip is not responsible for decisions to accept or reject offers, lost income, opportunities, data, time, fuel, vehicle damage, fines, accidents, injuries, disputes with passengers or platforms, interface changes, Android failures, third-party restrictions, or use contrary to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenTrip's total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the user to GreenTrip during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher limit.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or reduces mandatory consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

Users may stop using GreenTrip at any time. GreenTrip may suspend features or access when necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, third-party changes, or breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, the license ends. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution—remain effective.

13. Changes to the service and Terms

GreenTrip may update, correct, add, or remove features to improve the app or respond to technical, legal, commercial, or third-party platform changes.

These Terms may be updated. The effective date appears at the top, and material changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless law requires a different mechanism.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to GreenTrip's operator, without depriving users of mandatory protections in their place of residence.

Before starting a formal claim, the parties will attempt to resolve it in good faith through support. This does not limit rights to contact consumer authorities, competent courts, or mandatory dispute mechanisms.

15. General provisions and contact

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Users may not assign these Terms without permission; GreenTrip may transfer them as part of a legitimate service reorganization.
